Why the packaging is different from what I might receive from my local pharmacy?
The pills enclosed are genuine Viagra. We realize that the packaging may be different from what you might receive from your local pharmacy.
We order Viagra in bulk, making it impossible to use original packaging. It allows us to customize the quantity of pills according to precise quantities ordered, rather than pre-packaged amounts. It also allows us to use a flat package, which ensures discretion for the consumer, and problems with international customs delays and taxes. The hypo-allergenic packaging is heat-sealed under strictly controlled circumstances and is labelled with an expiration date, for your safety and protection.

How is the package labeled?
The package is labeled only with your address. There is nothing written to indicate the contents of the package.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship via UPS to these countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and all of the U.K.
We ship with registered mail to the following countries: Norway and Greece.
We also use registered mail for all P.O. box and "post restante" addresses.
We do not ship to the Caribbean Islands, regardless of the sovereign country.

Won't Customs stop my package?
No. New European Union regulations allow free movement of packages within member countries. In the rare event there is a problem with customs, we will ship another package via registered mail, at our expense.

What if I want my delivery shipped to a different address, or wish it held for pickup?
Simply write the delivery address you want to use under "Delivery Information" on our order form. Write "Hold for pickup" if you desire this option. Be sure to include your phone number so UPS can contact you.

When will my package arrive? How will I know when it's sent?
Credit cards are usually approved the day after orders are received, and processed for shipping the day after that. We will email you a tracking number to follow the delivery progress. UPS delivers to most European Union countries within three days, but this can vary.

Is it possible to order the 50 milligram dosage? Can you supply a pill splitter?
No, we only carry the 100 milligram dosage. Pill splitters can be purchased at your local pharmacy, or if you wish half a dosage, we recommend biting the pill in half.

What if the pills don't work?
Viagra has been proven effective in 82% of patients tested. Many factors can influence the effectiveness of viagra: fatigue, stress, diet, weight, age, libido, amoungst a variety of other influences. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that viagra will work for you., or issue a refund if the pills prove to be ineffective.
